Palmolive Eco

We thought Palmolive Eco was a great buy, but it turns out it's not as Eco friendly as they say.

We have been having problems with our dishes coming out of the dishwasher with streaks of white on them and not getting all the way clean, we were having to wash them by hand when they came out of the dishwasher. We thought it was just the dishwasher getting gunked up but tonight was really bad when none of the dishes looked clean. So I got online to see how to clean our dishwasher and why it would be leaving these streaks. Low and behold I came across a bunch of reviews about Palmolive Eco (which is the detergent we have been using). Some even said this white gunk ruined their dishes and glasses. So all of our dishes are getting hand washed tonight to make sure they are super clean. Needless to say we will be going back to Cascade, although it is a little more costly, but at least it gets the dishes clean and it's cheaper then buying new dishes.

K-Mart Trip 5!!

Well I successfully made 5 trips to K-Mart last week, I would've gone Saturday too but I just couldn't gather up any more coupons.

I wish I could use more than 5 coupons, I'm finding so many good deals. Today was my best yet!

K-Mart Double Today

So my goal is to hit K-Mart everyday this week for the double coupons. I'm already in town everyday so why not stop on the way home? I'm saving so much, it's great!!

K-Mart Doubles !!!!!

So I was a little reluctant to try double coupons this week at K-Mart but it has actually been very simple. I have spent $6.03 + tax the last 2 days.

• 2 Suave 24 hr deodrants for women - $1.99/each used 2 $1.25/1 coupons printable (free)
• 2 Pantene nature fusions (shampoo & conditioners) - $4.49/each used 3 $2/1 coupons that I got with my free bottle from Vocalpoint ($0.49/each)
• 2 Dove Go Fresh deodrants - $3.79/each used 2 $1.25/1 coupons printable ($1.29/each)
• 2 Right Guard Deodrants - $1.00/each used 1 $2/2 coupon printable (free)

Saturday was a great shopping day for me!

• 2 Tropicana Orange Juice - $2.99/each used a B1G1 free from Tropicana Rewards ($2.99)
• 4 Kraft Philadelphia Cream Cheese - $0.98/each used 2 $0.55/2 coupons ($1.92/4) *got a $1 off next purchase catalina*
• 4 Farmland Hot Dogs - $1/each used coupons from Farmland mailer (free)
• 4 Farmland lunch meats - $1/each " " (free)
• then had a coupon for $4 off from buying 6 Pillsbury biscuits last week

Total OOP - $1.75 minus the $1 catalina = $0.75!!
